Complexes, polynuclear hydroxyl complexes and even hydroxides make the colloidal magazines and suspended impurities in the wastewater agglomerate and precipitate and separate. At the same time, the charged pollutant particles swim in the electric field, and part of their charge is neutralized by the electrode to promote their destabilization and aggregation.
When the wastewater is subjected to electrolytic flocculation treatment, it not only has a coagulation and precipitation effect on colloidal magazines and suspended impurities, but also can remove many pollutants in the water due to the oxidation effect of the anode and the reduction effect of the cathode.
